You will find both of these buying options on the product webpage. Based on which option you choose, the corresponding Shipping & Returns policy will apply. Please read on to find all details:

Shipping:

We ship our products only within the UK at the moment (for reasons we won't bore you with 😉).

For orders from our website:

• Free shipping on all orders.
• Your order will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.

For orders from Amazon UK:

• Free shipping and next day delivery for Amazon Prime members.
• For Non-Prime members, there's free delivery on orders above £20.

 

Returns/Refunds:

Goods bought from Breathe Play Love are meant to make you smile. If they don't, we haven't done something right!

So, if you're not completely satisfied, follow these simple steps to initiate a return request:

For orders from our website:

• Simply let us know what’s going on at  sayhello@breatheplaylove.com along with your Order ID, and we’d be happy to help you with a return or exchange!
• If a refund is applicable, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days.

For orders from Amazon UK:

• You can return or exchange the product free of cost directly on your Amazon account within 30 days of receiving the order.
• If a refund is applicable, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days after the refund is issued.
